Where do you ship to?

We ship within New Zealand and Australia!

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. For New Zealand, standard delivery takes 2–5 business days (rural addresses may take an additional 1–3 business days). For Australia, please allow 7–14 business days for delivery.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

My item arrived faulty or incorrect — what do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at delilajewellerynz@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

What are your jewellery pieces made from?

All Delila Jewellery pieces are crafted from premium stainless steel, many with an 18K gold or rose gold plating. Our jewellery is waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and hypoallergenic — designed for everyday wear.

Is your jewellery waterproof?

Yes! Our stainless steel pieces are waterproof and tarnish-resistant, meaning you can wear them in the shower, at the beach, or during exercise without worrying about damage.

Is your jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. All our pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-safe, making them ideal for those with sensitive skin or metal allergies.

How do I care for my jewellery?

To keep your pieces looking their best: avoid contact with harsh chemicals such as perfume, hairspray, and cleaning products. Wipe clean with a soft cloth after wear and store in a cool, dry place.

Sizing

Are your bracelets and necklaces adjustable?

Many of our pieces feature adjustable chains or lobster clasps to suit different wrist and neck sizes. Check the individual product description for sizing details.

Are your rings adjustable?

Yes — our rings feature an open-band adjustable design that fits most finger sizes comfortably.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Afterpay, Shop Pay, and other secure payment options at checkout.

Can I pay with Afterpay?

Yes! Afterpay is available at checkout, allowing you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free fortnightly payments. Simply select Afterpay at checkout.

Are your prices in NZD?

Yes, all prices on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at delilajewellerynz@gmail.com if you need to make a change. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

I haven't received my order — what should I do?

Please check your tracking information first. If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, contact us at delilajewellerynz@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.
